Martino Flynn started the Greenhouse Internship as an opportunity for aspiring marketing professionals to learn the tricks of the trade in a controlled, supportive environment. While interning at Martino Flynn, I was involved devleoping the GreenHouse Campaign. We were responsible for developing and creating an adversitement for the internship program. The assignment was to showcase the interns that were currently working at Martino Flynn while capturing the interest of future interns. The overall goal of this project was to get others interested in what Martino Flynn and their internship program had to offer while staying true the culture at Martino Flynn. Here, you will see just one example of the campaign. We photographed each intern, showing off their true personality and positioned the photo next to a questionaire the intern filled out. Questions include: Who are you? What inspires you? Main focus at Martino Flynn?
